Another tea from the famed Second Flush or Summer of Darjeeling Tea, comes this beautiful Oolong Tea from the Giddapahar Tea Estate located in the Kurseong region of Darjeeling. The raw leaves are mostly coppery brown with tips and some greenish leaves being present to make the look multi-colored, with toasted cocoa aroma and smoky notes to go along.
When brewed the cup produced is a cup with medium body, fruity muscatel notes and bright hue of saffron. The second cup would be milder with more floral notes and a lighter body to go with it.
