After a long gap we have started receiving tea from Darjeeling again. The tea bought by us during summer were stuck at the gardens, we have started receiving them. The tea undergo another round of refiring or roasting to ensure superb aroma.
This Giddapahar produce has dark brown hued leaves with a slight sprinkling of golden tips. Upon brewing the refiring done before the tea was sent to us is evident with toasty notes with woody and caramel tones with a sweet aroma which emanates from the dry leaves even before they are brewed.
