Super Twist Assam Green Tea - Spring 2026

Crafted on a dedicated family farm in the heart of Tinsukia, this Super Twist Green Tea represents a sophisticated fusion of traditional Assam Tea, Indian terroir and precision Japanese green tea making techniques. The dry leaf is striking, featuring long, wiry, medium-sized leaves with a deep, dark green appearance that reflects the expertise behind its rolling and firing. 

When brewed, the tea transforms into a mostly yellow liquor that demands a lower brewing temperature of 80°C to fully preserve its delicate characteristics. The palate is greeted with a distinct nutty taste, layered with slightly vegetal notes and a signature umami aftertaste that lingers pleasantly on the tongue. Its clean and earthy profile makes it an incredibly versatile choice, performing beautifully as a restorative hot cup or a crisp, refreshing cold brew.
