Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
WE OFFER FREE* SHIPPING (FOR ORDERS ABOVE INR 500/-) ANYWHERE IN INDIA
We use reputed services like BlueDart (Air), FedEx (Priority & Economy) to fulfill orders.
- Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. We aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed.
- The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Order(s) requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 7 working days.
- Tracking: E-mail/SMS containing your package tracking information will be sent to your provided contact particulars or number upon dispatch of the shipment. Status Notes providing order status can be found on your order page, the note will display a tracking link once the product has been shipped.
- Incase you are unable to loacte the tracking details, please feel free to drop us an email.
NOTE: WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS POST DISPATCH FROM OUR END.
Returns & Replacements
We will Provide Replacements/Accept Returns incase of Incorrect Product getting Shipped &/Or receipt of DAMAGED Products for ZERO Charge.
Damaged here refers to
- Products which are Physically Tampered with at the time of receipt.
- Customers are encouraged to not accept deliveries if they think that the product has been tampered with.
- Please ensure that when you return the Package, it’s in the same condition as received, no Tags, stickers are removed, they should be available even if removed. Once removed it becomes liable to Rejection of Claims.
In cases other than the one(s) mentioned above, AbsoluteTea.in would be unable to process any returns!
