Season
The leaf is well rolled whole blackish brown leaf with some chunky white silvery tips. Upon brewing the infusion produced is clear yellowish with slight floral aroma. The brew itself is an attractive yellow cup with clear liquor. It starts with being FLORAL on the tongue then goes smooth on the palate and ends with a citrussy taste. The finish is medium bodied & easy to drink.
It can be brewed three times. The second infusion is the best with prominent orchid notes with a backdrop of wild flowers. Know more about Oolong Tea from our blogpost here.

Shrirang Phadke Oolong tea is a semi-oxidised tea. So it should be a perfect balance of a green tea and a black tea. This tea matches that criteria very well. Semi-oxidation brings nice flaour to a tea (and less bitterness). I loved this tea a lot, and mind it, this is the real Oolong tea. In market people sell pricy tea with a label "Oolong" but they are not real. Again, I absoluetely loved it!
