Tindharia Estate 2025 Spring First Flush, Ex 7: A Terroir-Driven Darjeeling

From Tindharia, Darjeeling's esteemed boutique estate known as the "Land of Three Streams," comes our exceptional 2025 Spring First Flush, Ex 7. Harvested in early March, this organic tea, certified to EU, USDA, and JAS standards, reflects the estate's unique terroir – elevations spanning 400 to 1000 meters and a diverse blend of tea cultivars.

The dry leaves exhibit a vibrant variety of green hues, interspersed with delicate silver tips with the occasional young stalk and processing. Upon infusion, the golden liquor releases a delicate floral aroma with subtle white grape notes.

The cup offers a light, refined mouthfeel with a gentle, nuanced astringency. The palate is greeted by prominent floral notes, akin to jasmine, complemented by white grape and fresh vegetal hints. A delicate sweetness balances the profile. Note that the astringency caused by the stalk can be further muted by brewing at a lower temperature.
