WE OFFER FREE* SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE INR 600/- ANYWHERE IN INDIA 

We use reputed services like Shree Maruti, DTDC, IndiaPost to fulfill orders.

  • Please allow UPTO 3 working days (EXCLUDES NATIONAL HOLIDAY, STATE HOLIDAYS & SUNDAY) for your order to be dispatched. We aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. 
  • The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Order(s) requiring any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 7 working days. 
  • Tracking: E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent to your provided contact particulars or number upon dispatch of the shipment. Register your email address for proper updates. Status Notes providing order status can be found on your order page, the note will display a tracking link once the product has been shipped.
  • Incase you are unable to locate the tracking details, please feel free to drop us an email or use the chat facility on the screen.
CANCELLATION
To cancel your order, send an email to with your order details to absolutetea@outlook.com . We will cancel it and offer you a refund.
