I recently received and tasted the Avongrove Darjeeling Spring Flowery Clonal – Organic First Flush 2026, and it felt like drinking spring in a cup. The liquor was a beautiful pale gold, with an immediate fresh, floral aroma. On the palate, I picked up delicate white blossom notes with a hint of soft fruitiness—light, crisp, and very refreshing. It’s smooth with just a gentle briskness, and the finish lingers clean and elegant. Overall, a refined and uplifting first flush that really showcases the freshness of the season.

Never had a tea quite like this before! The brew has so many layers of floral and sweet aromas distinct from the many first flushes/black teas I've tried- I'm not the best at describing tasting notes and haven't had a peach in ages but the tea has a complex mixture of sweetness and floral notes with an almost marigold-ish? flavour.

For the ones who love to relish a milk free brew this is the one. Colour, not too bright not too light, it's just perfect in between. Subtle smell. Best after an hour or two after meal for me. A teaspoon of the dried golden leaf has adequate polyphenols as I need. An anti inflammatory concoction without overhang of caffeine. I suggest a brew time of no more than 5-6 minutes with a temperature between 90-95 degrees C

Ordered at Absolut Tea for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and commitment! I had ordered one of our favorite Tea leaves, Golden Orange Pekoe! The stock was fresh and was delivered to me at Delhi within a reasonable period. I look forward to ordering more from Absolut Tea.

Lopchu garden's Golden Orange Pekoe has been my favorite tea since my young- adult days, when I picked up the habit of drinking it from my dad, about 55 years ago.

As a boy from Upper Assam tl, the tea heven of world and a Hardcore fan of Olong Tea, I have tested and tried many Olong Tea oud this Doomni Olong is my Favourite. I tasted this tea in 2021 first and was fan of it due it's unique roundness, flavour, Aroma and complexity. I was looking for this tea for years, and thanks to Absolute tea team for keeping this tea in their list.

The tea is an old favorite but not easily available where we are. Absolute tea was most responsive to my tiny order, personal attention was given by the owner himself to mitigate some delivery issues we have.

This 2nd flush tea has a mighty umami taste, full mouth-feel. This is not malty as the previous years' second flush teas but surprisingly aromatic, a fine whiff of something luxurious. Do get us more teas like this if not better ones. Full marks to this one for its great umaminess!!
